Dean Paolucci

Dean Paolucci began his legal endeavors at the College of Wooster for undergraduate studies. After graduating from Wooster with a B.A. in History, Dean was accepted into The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. While at John Marshall, Dean served on the Executive Board as a managing editor of the esteemed John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law.

Upon earning his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, Dean accepted an associate position with a patent and trademark law firm in Chicago. Dean then moved to one of the largest bankruptcy firms in the Country, where he personally advised thousands of consumer bankruptcy clients.

Laurence B. Landon

Laurence B. Landon attended Capital University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science. Laurence continued his legal education at the Capital University Law School.

Upon receiving his Juris Doctor degree, and becoming licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio, Laurence immediately began his career in consumer debtor bankruptcy representation. He was thereafter granted licensure by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and has practiced in the district for over 20 years. In the late 1990’s Laurence became licensed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and has files cases in that district, as well.

Laurence has experience in debtor/creditor relationships based on his experience in debtor bankruptcy, creditor bankruptcy, collections and foreclosures. He provides a unique insight into both sides of the debtor/creditor relations law. Laurence is familiar with the Judges, Trustees and many of the creditor’s attorneys in the district and has gained invaluable understanding into what these parties seek and expect in the bankruptcy realm.
